Mission/Activity Reports
Each one of us should be submitting reports to our
FSO-IS at least once a month--twice is even better. Let's make sure to
officially show all that Flotilla 45 does by regularly documenting what we do
as individual members. All hours are required to be submitted within 90-days of
completion.
Auxiliary Manual The USCG Auxiliary Manual, M16790.1F (May 18, 2004) has been released.
Auxiliary Operations Policy Manual The Auxiliary Operations Policy Manual, M16798.3E (Apr 05, 2005) has been released.
Auxilary C-Schools The latest information on advanced training provided by the Auxiliary in Leadership, Air Operations, ATON Navigation, Technology, and AUXDATA to name a few of the topic areas. Check often for the latest dates and locations of the courses.

enter permanent changes to a member's personal information on record with the
U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, such as change of address, change of telephone,
change of e-mail address.

Activity Log
Get the newest edition of the 7029. click
here to get ANSC-7029 Member Activity Log. Use this for all activities
not placed on other specific forms, such as fellowship activities and
preparation and travel hours for activities/missions.
ANSC-7030 Activity
Report - Mission
Get the newest edition of the 7030 (previous edition
is obsolete). It is posted on the Auxiliary Web Site--Forms. Click
here to go to the Auxiliary site; then click on MEMBERS' DECK; then
click on FORMS at top of screen; then click again on FORMS (top of list of
items) to see the list of available forms. Scroll down to 7030. Print the form
and use it for monthly submissions to your friendly FSO-IS. Or, for a
